The Old Louisville Whiskey Co. Bourbon Batch 2 mash is made up of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley. With aromas of bright fruits, green caramel apple with rye spices and heavy vanilla sweetness. The palate upfront is spice, with a swirl of sweetness and burst of freshness. The spiced heat profile of the rye softly settles. A zesty spice brings out a more dense sweet nectar creating an intricate finish.
