The Macallan Time : Space Mastery Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

Released in September 2024, the Mastery is one of two expressions in the TIME:SPACE collection from Macallan, which celebrates the distillery's 200th anniversary. Embracing 200 years of heritage, TIME:SPACE Mastery is a testament to Macallan’s commitment to craftsmanship and innovation. Drawing inspiration from the legacies of past whisky masters and the diverse array of cask styles. ‘When you give whisky the time and space to evolve, develop and flourish in optimally selected casks, you allow it to achieve exceptional heights’.
This exceptional Single Malt is displayed in a circular decanter within a bespoke box adorned with 200 carefully crafted spikes, each a homage to the artistry of origami.

    Nose:    Sumptuous Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate accompanied by delicate hints of honey and tropical character, reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya. Encapsulated by complex sweet oak.

    Taste:    A real sweetness is evident with sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb. Soft spiced notes of ginger and cinnamon develop.

    Finish:   Bursts of caramelised pineapple and creamy vanilla linger with the exquisite balance of subtle dark chocolate and coffee.
